Partners in Education — Agreement

Thank you for supporting Palm Valley Academy! This page outlines how we’ll recognize your business, what we’ll need from you, and the terms that apply to our sponsorships for each school year (Aug 1 – Jul 31).

How it works

  1. Choose a level on the Levels of Sponsorship page.
  2. Complete payment online (or contact us for check instructions).
  3. Email your logo files and any required details to partnerspvapto@gmail.com.
  4. We publish your recognition on the website and schedule remaining benefits across the school year.

What we need from you

  • Logos/brand assets: Vector (.AI/.EPS/.SVG) preferred; high-res PNG (transparent) as backup.
  • Website & social links: Site URL and (optional) Facebook/Instagram handles.
  • Short blurb (1–2 sentences): Used for web and social recognition where space allows.
  • Contact name/email: For benefit scheduling and approvals.

Recognition timeline

  • Website listing: within 5–7 school days after payment and assets are received.
  • Social media shout-outs: spaced throughout the year per level.
  • Print/signage: produced in batches; typically 2–4 weeks after assets are approved.
  • Event benefits: delivered in alignment with the event calendar (dates announced in advance).

Terms & guidelines

Each sponsorship covers the current school year (Aug 1 – Jul 31). Benefits begin after payment and receipt of required assets and conclude at the end of the school year.

  • Payment confirms your sponsorship level and starts the benefits process.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, sponsorships are non-refundable. If a specific benefit becomes impractical (e.g., weather-impacted event), we’ll provide a comparable alternative.
  • You grant the PTO a non-exclusive, revocable license to use your name, logo, and submitted materials to fulfill sponsorship benefits.
  • We may resize/crop for placement but won’t alter your marks. Please provide clear usage guidance if needed.
  • PTO marks may not be used by sponsors without prior written permission.
  • Placement and layout (web, print, signage) are at PTO discretion and may vary to fit formats.
  • Recognition does not imply school or district endorsement of any product or service.
  • Exclusivity is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the level description.
  • Event dates and details are communicated in advance. Some benefits may require RSVP or asset deadlines—please respond promptly to secure your spot.
  • Activation spaces are subject to venue rules. The PTO and school reserve the right to adjust booth/placement for safety and flow.
  • Copy may be edited for length/clarity and to meet district/school guidelines.
  • We schedule social recognition to balance school content and sponsor posts throughout the year.

Event photos may include sponsor signage and may be used by the PTO on web and social channels.

  • All sponsor activities must comply with school and district policies and applicable laws.
  • The PTO may decline content or activities that conflict with school guidelines.

If an event or benefit must be modified or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll substitute a comparable benefit during the same school year where possible.
